REPORT WITH OMB DIRECT TELEPHONE BANKING

You also have the ability to report your card lost or stolen through OMB Direct Telephone Banking. To report your card lost or stolen, please follow the steps below.

  • Call 1-800-392-5992
  • Press 6 for ATM/Debit Card
  • Press 1 for the Lost or Stolen Card Center

Follow the remaining instructions to complete the reporting of your lost or stolen ATM or Mastercard Debit Card.

Cancel a lost or stolen card with Debit Alerts. Log in using the link below and change the status of your card from Active to Suspended or Temporally Suspended to stop transactions from posting. You will need to contact the bank if you need to undo this change.
