Report With OMB Direct Telephone Banking

You also have the ability to report your card lost or stolen through OMB Direct Telephone Banking. To report your card lost or stolen, please follow the steps belo

  • Call 1-800-392-5992.
  • Press 1 if you are calling from a touch-tone phone.
  • Press 6 for ATM/Debit Card.
  • Enter your debit card number followed by #.
  • Enter your PIN number followed by #.
  • Press 2 to report a lost or stolen ATM or Mastercard Debit Card.
  • Press 1 if lost.
  • Press 2 if stolen.

Follow the remaining instructions to complete the reporting of your lost or stolen ATM or Mastercard Debit Card.
